Council of Manufacturing Associations

With more than 225 trade association members, the Council of Manufacturing Associations (CMA) is the vehicle for manufacturing associations to work together and become involved in the NAM. Its mission is to provide knowledge, resources and networks to help members create a stronger and more prosperous U.S. manufacturing sector. Its members represent every sector of manufacturing in the United States and broaden the reach and impact of the NAM’s advocacy efforts. 

The CMA is an integral part of the NAM’s policy efforts, communicating the needs of specific manufacturing sectors and presenting a united manufacturing front on behalf of our pro-growth agenda. CMA members also have been a driving force in advancing the NAM’s workforce development and skills certification programs.
