OVERVIEW
Register now and plan to attend the National Association of Manufacturers’ (NAM) 2013 Manufacturing Summit in Washington, D.C., June 19–20. Join your fellow manufacturers on Capitol Hill as we work to promote a pro-manufacturing legislative agenda for the 113th Congress.
This year, business leaders from manufacturing companies of all sizes will travel from across the country to attend the Manufacturing Summit and engage with their members of Congress on key issues facing manufacturers today. Each year during the Summit, attendees make hundreds of visits to congressional offices, sharing company stories and concerns with pending legislation. In between lobbying visits, attendees receive insight and analysis on the current and upcoming political landscape from party leadership, Administration officials and key NAM staff members. This year’s annual fly-in event will focus on four overarching policy issues impacting manufacturing competitiveness: tax reform, energy, comprehensive immigration reform and infrastructure.
We look forward to seeing you this June. Register today and bring a member of your team with you as well! For more information or to register, click here or contact NAM Director of Public Affairs and Member Engagement Candice Daniels Austin at (202) 637-3122 or caustin@nam.org.
