Adria Funkhouser, senior regional manager, joined the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM) in 2007. Based in Virginia, Ms. Funkhouser serves as a liaison for NAM member companies headquartered in Delaware, Maryland, New York, New Jersey and Washington, D.C. She previously served as the regional manager for the NAM’s Western region based in San Francisco, CA.
She has significant previous experience as a liaison between clients and state and local government authorities. Before joining the NAM, Ms. Funkhouser was an operations manager with the San Diego Convention Center, where she managed all aspects of large events for a major regional facility. She earned her bachelor’s degree in hospitality and tourism management with a minor in business from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute.
