Felicia C. Jaeger, senior director, member and board relations, joined the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM) in 2008. Based in Chicago, Ill., Ms. Jaeger serves as a liaison for NAM member companies headquartered in Illinois.

Before joining the NAM, she was director of government relations for the American Apparel & Footwear Association (AAFA), based in the Washington, D.C. metro area, and was the primary liaison for the Government Contracts Committee. Also while with AAFA, Ms. Jaeger lobbied on various trade initiatives including extensive support for the successful passage of the Central American Free Trade Agreement. Previously, she was the manager of government affairs with the Printing Industries of America, and she started her political career in the office of Senator Mitch McConnell (R-KY) followed by four years working in the office of Congressman Ed Whitfield (R-KY). She earned her bachelor’s degree in political science from Berea College.
