NAM Trade Hotline
An exclusive service for NAM member companies only
In an effort to make the trade problem-solving resources of the U.S. government more easily accessible to NAM members, we have created the NAM Trade Hotline.
If you have a problem related to foreign trade barriers (click here to see our link to Common Trade Problems) that is affecting your company, we are here to help. The NAM can help you see to it that foreign governments live up to the promises they made when they signed trade agreements.
Just describe for us your problem and we will ensure that this information goes to the right person in the government who can assist you. NAM staff will also follow-up to make sure you have been contacted and someone is working on your problem.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Although addressing your individual problem is most effectively done if government staff have your specific information, if you would like to remain anonymous but still report a trade problem that you have encountered, we can still help. Please check the box marked "I would like this information sent to the government anonymously" and we will pass on only your description of the problem to the appropriate government office. We will act as your go-between for any further exchange or information needed and NAM will become the source of record for the government. Sensitive data may be treated as business confidential, if desired.
If you have any questions about this, please contact the NAM’s Patricia Mears at TradeHotline@nam.org.
TO REPORT A TRADE PROBLEM, PLEASE PROVIDE US WITH THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:
Please give us your company name and how you can be reached. (NOTE: hitting "enter" or "return" prior to completing this questionnaire will result in it being submitted prematurely. Please click on "submit information" when you are ready to send this information)
