Todd Boppell

Chief Operating Officer

Todd Boppell is the chief operating officer (COO) at the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM). He works directly with NAM President and CEO Jay Timmons to lead all aspects of the NAM’s internal operations. Specifically, Todd manages the finance and administration division, which includes Finance, HR, Information Technology, Meetings Management, Member & Business Services, and the Manufacturing Leadership Council. He also serves as a member of The Manufacturing Institute’s Board of Directors.

Previously, Todd had been a partner and COO at Meshfrog Inc., a consulting company he co-founded in January 2012. At Meshfrog, Todd worked with companies to tackle issues in aligning their technologies with their business objectives. Prior to co-founding Meshfrog, Todd was president of Nexa Technologies, a multimillion-dollar software company that built and hosted stock-trading platforms for a variety of firms located in the United States and Canada. Todd served as Nexa’s senior vice president of operations and IT before assuming his role as president.

Todd holds a degree in social psychology from The University of Southern California. He splits his time between Washington, D.C., and his home in Tustin, California, with his wife of more than 30 years, Elise. The couple’s two grown sons and one daughter-in-law also live in Southern California.
