What You Need to Know

Energy and natural resources are the lifeblood of manufacturing. Manufacturers need adequate, secure and affordable energy and raw materials to compete in the global marketplace.

Manufacturers use a significant amount of the energy in this country, and support an “all-of-the-above” approach to energy, including fossil fuels, renewables and investments in energy efficiency to meet future energy demands.

Government should not be in the business of picking winners and losers. Overly restrictive regulations and the implementation of policies that limit or eliminate energy sources and production are hampering the manufacturing resurgence.
