	Manufacturing + sustainability = win win! PepsiCo and Frito-Lay North America will give a $1.2 million grant to the Guadalupe-Blanco River Authority (GBRA) for the conservation and protection of the Guadalupe River Basin’s water resources.
	Toyota will invest $35 billion to build a full suite of battery-powered EVs by 2030.
	Kimberly-Clark is celebrating the 10-year anniversary of its RightCycle™ Program, an innovative initiative that diverts typically hard-to-recycle PPE, such as nitrile gloves, face masks and safety glasses, and turns it into material for new goods.
	Kimberly-Clark has received a 2021 Climate Leadership Award for “Goal Achievement in Greenhouse Gas Management” from the Center for Climate and Energy Solutions and The Climate Registry.
	The EPA has named the Clorox Company a 2021 Safer Choice Partner of the Year for its outstanding work manufacturing products with ingredients that are safer for people, pets and the environment. This is the company’s fourth time receiving the recognition.
	IndustryWeek has released its 2021 list of top 50 manufacturers. The top three places went to BWX Technologies Inc., Lockheed Martin Corp. and Boston Beer Co. Inc. Other winners include: Clorox Co., Huntington Ingalls Industries Inc., Microsoft Corp., Northrop Grumman Corp., Hershey Co., PepsiCo Inc., Tempur Sealy International Inc., Atkore Inc., Toro Co., Rockwell Automation Inc., Illinois Tool Works Inc., Louisiana-Pacific Corp., Amphenol Corp., Lam Research Corp., Donaldson Co. 	BWX Technology was recognized as one of Investor’s Business Daily’s best environmental, social and governance companies for the second consecutive year.
	Textron was honored for its excellence in workforce education and training with an inaugural Pledge to America’s Workers Presidential Award, presented at a ceremony at the White House.
	United Safety was named one of the “fastest-growing companies in America” for the second year in a row by Inc. 500, coming in at number 1,266 with a growth rate of 355.98%.
