In light of the recent impact of natural disasters in our country and ongoing recovery efforts in communities from Puerto Rico to California, the National Association of Manufacturers has partnered with national nonprofits SBP and Good360 to support manufacturers in their disaster resiliency and recovery efforts.

The partnership will provide new resources and tools for members such as e-learning modules, resource guides and in-person and webinar trainings. In addition, members will receive updates on disaster impacts, support and resources for affected employees, and guidance on impactful giving of time, goods or funds to support the disaster-impacted community.

By understanding and taking steps to reduce risk, members can be better prepared for disaster and able to recover quickly should one strike.

SBP’s mission is to shrink the time between disaster and recovery by educating individuals, companies, nonprofits and government agencies about disaster preparedness before events occur and helping those affected by disasters to rebuild and recover.

Good360 is the global leader in product philanthropy and purposeful giving, and partners with hundreds of socially responsible companies to source highly needed products and distribute them through a network of diverse nonprofits that support people in need, including survivors of disasters.
